Software licenses for ChequeManager and GST Invoice Software are provided subject to our end-user license agreements. Orion Soft System provides periodic updates, printer format alignments, and technical support as defined in your service tier.

While Orion Soft System strives for 100% calculation precision and system reliability, we shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from hardware printer malfunctions, incorrect user data entry, or third-party telecommunications outages.
